Preparation Phase
After we finalize your session date, you will receive a formal booking confirmation so you can feel fully organized. You will also receive a digital poster to announce the event. Our posters have a QR code for parent's to scan if they wish to know the process and prices. We will coordinate a schedule together, including the best times for families to bring in siblings or children who are not usually in attendance on that specific day.
 
 

During the Shoot 

Our team arrives ahead of schedule to prepare, and we simply ask for an 8ft x 8ft cleared area for our professional setup. We bring along a variety of charming accessories and props to capture the best shots. Once everything is ready, we begin the photography sessions; we typically recommend beginning with the littlest ones to accommodate their nap schedules. We kindly ask staff to have wipes and brushes ready for quick touch-ups. Thanks to our unique QR technology, every child receives their own secure, private viewing gallery. After we pack up, we hand over all the physical QR cards to you for distribution to the families.

Parental Ordering
We strive to upload all galleries within seven days, though this may take a bit longer for settings with over 100 children. Our intuitive online portal allows parents to browse, purchase, and pay with ease, offering the flexibility of free delivery to the nursery or direct postage to their front door. We provide special early-bird discounts and the option for families to customize their own photo bundles. Approximately 24 hours after the initial two-week ordering window closes, we finalize the commission for your nursery and transfer the funds directly to your preferred bank account.

Delivery 

Free batch shipping to the nursery is offered for orders placed within the 2 week ordering window.  The batch will be delivered to the the nursery within 7-days of the ordering window closing.
