Ordering and Payment System
We use an easy-to-use online ordering system for parents. No cash handling is required at the nursery. Digital downloads are also available, and parents can mix and match photo and digital packs.
Photo Availability and Shipping
Photos will be available online for approximately 3-5 months. Free batch shipping to the nursery is offered for orders placed within the 2-week deadline. We do not store photos indefinitely. They are deleted from the online ordering system 4-6 months after your photoshoot date.
Staff and Data Protection
All staff members are DBS checked. All photographers have independent contracts to ensure safety and data protection. Data is managed using password-protected methods.
Types of Photoshoots Offered
We offer Classic and Graduation photoshoots.
Communication Support
Posters to display around the nursery plus Facebook and Instagram adverts are provided for each photo day to help the nursery inform parents. For lost codes, a PDF of unique reference codes will be sent to the nursery. We do not provide codes via direct messages to parents.
Parents and settings can contact us directly with any queries.
Commission Structure
The nursery will receive up to 15% commission based on the profit from sales minus expenses, which is calculated according to sales taken within the two-week deadline. Due to AI removal we have recently amended our commission structure.
Commission will be given based on the following:
15% commission to the nursery if profit is £2000+.
10% commission to nursery if profit is between £1000 - £1999.99
5% commission to nursery if profit is between £700 - £999.99
No commission will be given if profit is below £700.
Commission is transferred into the nursery bank account usually one day after the deadline.
Nursery Duties
We require all nurseries to clear an 8ft x 8ft space per photographer prior to our arrival to ensure a quick and successful set up before staff photos or children’s arrival.
